Runt Oustalets?

So my Oust is about a year old (bought begining of last june at a est 90 days old), but only 7.5" snout to vent. Seems like he has a long way to go to get to the est 12-14" range. That would mean he would have to double or triple his weight this year. I was expecting huge after seeing several year old adults, not hey you have a nice gravel pattern panther there.

Very possibly a runt, but also consider that he may be a late bloomer.
