Rocko's Shedding

Hi guys im wondering my my panther chameleon is not shedding... he has shed his tail and now the rest of his body looks pale and ready but he wont shed. he has been pale now for 4 days.... any reason why he might not be shedding? i keep his humidity very high when i can tell he is going to shed and spray his cage more often but he just isnt starting to shed. help pls!!! am i doing something wrong?

This is very odd...because mine did the same thing. He shed his tail and his legs but now his body still wont shed and eating has slowed way down. I also keep his humidity high with mistings and showers.

once their growth slows down, after they reach 9-12 months, they wont always shed their whole body. most adult chams only shed parts of their body at a time when they need to

but he looks pale and ready to shed tho. i bet he will shed in the next few day and am not too worried but im just curious to why he wont shed now when he appears to be ready. he did just turn 1 year old on February 12 and this is his first shed since then
