Roach rotation, pollen gut loading

So 24hrs before feeding roaches im using commercial gutload & bee pollen but feeding it to roaches with supplement sprinkling just before offering. Tomorrow menu; Nauphoeta cinerea, phoetalia pallida & blaptica dubia
