Cricket and roach guy loading?

So I’m interested in what others use for a rich gutload for crickets and roaches. I use carrots and mixed greens is that enough? I als supplement with an Arcadia reptile supplement earth pro A so my animals get bee pollen as well

I use a lot of sweet potatoes and apples as well. I haven't used bee pollen yet. I can't seem to find any.

This will help you. For roaches you want to avoid high protein diets. So while repashy bug burger is fine you would not use repashy superload due to a higher protein level.

Are you using this in your gutload for your insects or your supplement you put on them prior to feeding them to the cham?
