Bacon for breakfast anyone? I found this disturbing figured Id share.

Columbia Meat Packing Company flowing a river of blood into the Trinity River.
You can actually see everything from Google Earth check it out. You can see they must pipe it in underground as the creek is dried up then right at the plant starts the red flow to the river. Whoops
2807 East 11th Street, Dallas, TX

Or here is the yahoo link which have some amazing comments as usual:rolleyes:http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/sideshow/drone-pilot-finds-river-blood-outside-dallas-meatpacking-155450010.html

Wow, interesting. That is funny the drone caught the river of blood. I am into RC jet aircraft and have installed these cameras on my planes too. Fellow, hobbyists are always saying that they found interesting and unusual things with their eagle eyes. Unfortunately, I have not shot anything THIS interesting. My F-22 and my J20 are 4' long and almost 4' wide and I have installed some light weight weaponry on them. My main objective was to freak out the helicopters spraying chemicals all over the fields by my house and the jets do the trick. I simply circle the helis w/ my jets and launch model rockets and the heli pilots freak out and leave. LOL Now I'll have to catch some farmers spilling blood into the rivers. LOL

Seriously? That's awesome. :D

As for that Columbia Meat packing Co. they have been illegally pumping estimated 900,000 gallons of waste into the nearby river monthly. I bet that place smells of something awful.

When i was young growing up in Trinidad. There was a creek that ran past the school. There was a textile company a few miles up. They would dump excess die into the creek.

I remember days of pink, blue, purple, yellow, red water! It was crazy. All the riverstones were stained with color.

Im sure it was illegal. But i guess no1 was reporting it. It was painfully obvious too. Right through the heart of town.

I don't know if i'd rather paint or blood tho.

There was a program i was watching not too long ago (might have been "River Monsters" ) where there was a string of Bull Shark attacks in FRESH WATER, milessss from the ocean.

They found a slaughterhouse that was dumping blood and guts into the river. The BullSharks were just following the trail/slick up river and would encounter people bathing in the river and attack.

They shut the House down and the attacks stopped.

I go with the smell of paint over the smell of death , at least you can get a buzz when you drive by and see cool colors.

Your going to find most companies/factories in America that aren't closely watched or even closely watched that have no conscious do this all the time. SO its really not news but more less they got caught , time to exploit them. Libbiy Montana used to be a good place to live at one time.

So if not dumped into a river. Where are they suposed to dispose of the waste/scraps and blood?

Depends on what city or state I guess. Not my field of work and not my decision. That's a question for the EPA I suppose.Or ask Columbia Meat Packing, I bet they know where they are suppose to put it without having search warrants served. I know some septic it some haul it out in tankers and dispose somewhere and let it biodegrade. Some sell it . I try not to think that hard when its not my job too. I Honestly have no clue but I do know Flowing rivers of Blood, oil, paint, or any building materials into natural streams is not right or particularly legal. Anyone with common sense could see that I would hope. If not I feel sorry for them.

Heres the good ol local news medias take .

Jon- Also if your first post about the Paint was in Trinidad and Tobago that makes sense, its basically a 3rd world country. I have a friends who were born there and are currently living there. They have had a lot public curfews this past year due to crime rate.

I wouldn't go as far as to call it a 3rd world country. 3rd world island, maybe:rolleyes:

But yes, it's going through a ruff patch rite now with crime. But the people don't live in slums.

Umm we live in slums here in america. Aren't you from NYC you should know that. Or maybe you can't see that from your sky rise. Guess you should come to east Cleveland or DC. Or where we have rivers of blood and waste dumped into fresh natural streams. Yes TNT is a 3rd world Country in development:cool: with lots of crime.
