Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care? Veiled, male 7 months old
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon? Not often enough
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders? Mainly crickets (I know I know)
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule? Sticky Tonue Farms Outdoor Miner-all everyday, Rep-cal Herptivite twice a month, Rep-cal Calcium with vit. D3 twice a month.
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking? I Spray his cage 3-4 times a day 2-3 min each time. He has a dripper.
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites? I have not been able to take him to the vet

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions? 2x4x4ft screened cage and partially free range.
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule? I have 5.0 uvb, a 60w house bulb for basking, and a plant light
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps? Basking spot normally runs at 90 -95 degrees, other than that its at normal room temp of 75 degrees
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity? 50% when its not sprayed then goes up to %80 when sprayed.
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind? I have 2 umbrella plants, 2 ficus, and 2 pothos with a few artifical plants.
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? His cage is certainly in a spare bedroom, not much activity. There is a turtle and 2 dog crates in the same room but the dogs are only in there during the night or when we have to go to the store.

Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about. The last 2 days I've noticed my big boy at the bottom of his cage. Its only a couple minutes and as if he's looking for Angel the little girl I had to sell. I dont know if hes just lonely or what. He looks healthy so IDK why hes at the bottom of his cage. He has a partial FR but seems like it wants more.
