Right Multivitamin?

Is this the multivitamin i should be using? It's a little confusing with the directions.

That multi Vitamin will work fine. Just be sure to LIGHTLY dust twice a month.

Okay thank you! So i should do the multivitamin 1 day and the calcium with d3 the next day and then wait 2 weeks to use them both again?
