It can be a hassel, but if you do it long enough you will get some nice money.
But remember you need to mist everyday, buy seperate uvbs, more crickets/fruitflies, ect. And you have to find someone who will buy them or you will end up having to buy lots of cages!

Some reading for your consideration: https://www.chameleonforums.com/some-thoughts-breeding-2612/

Let's just say if profit is what you're looking for then breeding animals is not a wise choice. The time and effort alone put into it won't be worth it if you're counting, and you'll spend hundreds of dollars in feeders a week on babies that you may or may not sell. Not to mention incubating, caging, UVB lights, etc. If you're doing it right then you won't make money unless you have a large facility with many bloodlines and a good reputation.

My chameleons are my pets and I'm just breeding as a hobby but I can't imagine I'd ever make more money than I've spent - cages, free-ranges, plants, more plants, more cages, the occassional vet bill, misting system ... and I haven't even gotten to the bugs!! and more bugs and more bugs and more bugs (And the containers for the bugs and food for the bugs)

Oh, and I haven't even gotten babies yet! I have eggs incubating, a pregnant jacksons, and hopefully a gravid k multi .... the time and money will really start adding up then!

personally i like to start very small, into a hobbyist breeder, and have great customer service...if you still like it and poeple like what you have , do a little bit more, little by little, then one day if you have the time and funds then try for for the big shots

personally i love chams for the pleasure of it, and it helps to do the things you love and if you can make it into a business thats awsome in my book

my dad always said "IF you do what you love, you never have to work a day in your life":p haha

but for fast cash nah this isnt gonna cut it, you are lucky enough to break even
