Respiratory infection in young baby panther chameleons

I have a couple of baby panther chameleons that are only 2 months old and they have respiratory infection. I have been breeding chameleons for 10 years and I've had to deal with respiratory infections with adults but not young babies like this. Usually I give them fortez injections but obviously with a little baby thats 2 inches big will not happen. Does anyone know of another medication I can give them? I'm sure there isn't many options.

What about a medication that can be given via nebulizer? I don't remember where I read about it, and I'm not sure which medications could be used that way. Sorry I'm not much help. I hope your babies get well soon.

Maybe the bigger question should be why am I getting so many respiratory infections? If you were dealing in mostly WC's I could see a case once and awhile but in clean captive conditons with cb pardalis babies it shouldn't be an issue unless something was off. Maybe the Fortez is just knocking down the infection but not eliminating it leaving the bacteria active to spread?

As far as delivering med's like Melissa said a nebulizer might be the only way to administer to a young group. Give your vet a call on drug options.
