I also leave him outside all day to get natural sun if the weather is good enough for him.

Current Problem - chameleon seems to breath heavily sometimes, while stomach inflating and deflating rapidly, sometimes even with mouth open too.I also notice he closes his eyes sometimes.Keeps mouth open for a few seconds.

Unless he is making a popping or wheezing sound when opening his mouth it is normal. If they feel threatened they will inflate their bodies to appear larger to predators.

Btw you need to start supplementing that cham now! Do not wait, at least buy him some calcium with oout d3 now. You can wait a week to buy the calcium with d3 and the multivitamin dust he needs.
1. dust every day with the calcium without d3
2. twice monthly, i like the 1st and 15th with calcium With d3.
3. once a month give him a multivitamin dust on the feeders.

You need to gutload your feeders and stop using the flukers. That stuff is crap. Buy some Cricket Crack its the best dry gutload ive found. Several members and Tiki Tiki Reptiles sells it.

You can also gutload your crickets, roaches, locusts, superworms, etc. with an assortment of greens (dandelions, kale, collards, endive, escarole, mustard greens, etc.) and veggies (carrots, squash, sweet potato, sweet red pepper, zucchini, etc.).

Is the inflating, heavy breathing, etc. done when you are not around or only when you are around? Is there excess mucus in its mouth or popping noises in his breathing? Is it possible that he aspirated water from the dripper?

It could also have something to do with your lack of supplementing properly.
Might be a good time for a vet visit.
