Reputable Pygmy Cham Breeders

I am interested in purchasing a pair of trio of these guys and would prefer CB and unrelated individuals. I have experience with keeping chams and dart frogs, so I understand the vivarium requirements of these guys and the husbandry aspects of keeping chams. I am also aware of the fact that many breeders will say or do what is necessary to sell their animals without much concern of the animals after they are sold. Being that I am unfamilar with many cham breeders I would like some help to find out whose trustworthy. Also do any breeder go to the NY Reptile Expo in White Plains, NY?

I have only seen cb pygmy chams once, and that was from FlChams.com. It is hard to keep a solid supply of them because each female lays 4 eggs, unlike veiled's or panthers which can lay 10 times that, if not more.

If you really want come CB ones i would contact a breeder that sells WC ones and ask to be put on a waiting list or something, Or keep checking the forums for someone saying that their pygmies just laid some eggs, PM them and be like hey...i want one. It may take a while to get 3 that are unrelated, but thats really the only way i can see doing it.

Oh yea, give the WC ones a chance, i just got mine thismorning and they are doing great!

Anyone that's been on here selling chameleons for a long time is reputable you can go to the classifieds or at the top of the page you can go to view our sponsors just below the banner on the top right side. This way you have recourse if something doesn't work out.

goto market.kingsnake.com, i've seen a few on there. Click on the chameleons link

I know Mike (Flchams) has them (wc) I am very pleased with the condition of the group I recently received from him.
I would also suspect that he has eggs from the ones he brought in if you were willing to wait for captive hatched animals he may be able to put you on a wait list.

I recently bought some WC chams that I am NOT happy with. If you want to PM me, I will tell you who so you can avoid him.
