reptivite Overdozed?

i just noticed that i had been giving my female vield chameleon resptivite dusted crickets for the past 4 days or so and as soon as i noticed this mistaked i stop dusting my crickets with it now, im woundering what brand is good so i dnt have to make this mistake againg?

Phosphorus free calcium with out d3 everyday
Phosphorus free calcium with d3 2 times a month.
Reptivite 2 times a month not the same time u do d3 though.

U may also want to skip the Reptivite till late next month due to the excess he's received.
Keep him well hydrated and i dont think uve made a life threatening mistake by any means

How do u gutload ur crickets?
