Is the 10.0 spectrum bad for chameleons?

I see the 5.0 and my instinct says the 5.0 is the one needed but I dont wanna purchace something wrong.

On Reptariums due to the darker mesh I use 10.0's, but on all screen cages and baby tubs I use 5.0's. Just so you know, they are on sale for $13.99 at ReptMart!
