Tonight I built my first reptiles breeze cage, it all looks good besides the bottom of the bottom door sticks out a good 4mm or so from the base. This would be more than enough for any roaches, crickets or worms to escape from if they got loose! Have any of you had this problem before? I was thinking could just tape it up but they could maybe still get past the tape? Any ideas?

Are you sure the bottom door is closed all the way? Can you take a picture so I can see where it's sticking out? Something you can try: Open the big door, close the small bottom door and latch it, then close the big door, and see if that fixes it.

You mean a Reptibreez cage?
Sounds like you may have put it together wrong.

All of mine fit together fine, but it could also be a QC issue.

Yeah repti breeze, Damn auto type on this phone lol. I've been reading alot of reviews saying some of them have gaps everywhere it's at the bottom door flap, I'll post a pic tomorrow once the lights are back on

I have 8 of them and never had a problem. Except for slight rusting around the screws. One time I had a cage that was broke during delivery and emailed reptibreeze and they sent me out a new cage in 2 weeks. That was actually pretty good for a company of that size. In my original email to them I included copy of receipt and pics.

I think that is because there are numerous people that have put them together incorrectly. I have put two together and had no issue. Sorry not trying to be rude, just saying.

I did follow the instructions lol but maybe I went wrong somewhere. I have loosened the side panel screws and tightened them again to try make it fit, it's as if the bottom of the door is slightly too big

The frames are made with slip on corners. Don't know the technical name. Make sure the corner pieces are fully seated on the frames by pushing them together. When I was putting my baby cage together I noticed the frame slipping on one of the panels when I was handling it. Can you take a picture from a little farther away? Maybe someone can see what the problem is, by seeing more of the frame.

It doesn't seem to be the frame but a slight bend on the actual door frame. Also on the bottom frame are a couple studs which are holding it out
