I was wondering what is better to use for UVB between High Output or regular 5.0? I am using the HO but I see quite a few people use the regular 5.0. Does anyone have the answer?

The link you posted is for the T8 5.0 Bulb. The HO T5 Bulb is a lot better than the T8 bulb. HO T5 fixtures are more efficient and produce a brighter and better looking light. Most people use T8 as they already owned the fixture when HO T5 fixtures were considerably more expensive, but since they have came down in price more and more people are upgrading to the T5.
I personally don't like Zoo Med lighting products and would recommend other brands over them.

I will toss up an answer here to try and help even though I don't deal in zm.
The 5.0 HO bulb (or any ho bulb for that matter) puts out about 40-60% more light overall --AND THAT INCLUDES UV.
So....
even though 5% of the overall light from both the t5 and t8 is in the UVB range ---
(hence the "name" 5.0)
there is a bunch more UV coming out of the t5 bulb since it gives off 40-60% more UV as well as visible light.

USE the ho t5 bulb on larger cages, like the 36" and 48" tall cages -- use the 5.0 t8 bulb on smaller cages / baby cages / cages with not much shade / 18 x 18 x18 exo terra's etc etc .

reptisun 5.0. It is the best heat lighting for chams.
