is repti sand any good for leopard geckos about 9 months old

If you are meaning calcisand...no, it causes impactions. I use washed playsand or a coarser sand that I have found that has tiny pebbles in it and seems to form a more solid "ground".

no repti sand is different i believe...also if it cant be used as a substrate what sand can because i want to create a more natural environment for my leo's
