Hi guys, my Panther has been having some issues with his left eye for about a week. He keeps it closed just about all day unless he is moving or eating. He also has been rubbing it, especially on me when I take him out so clearly it is irritated.

2 Days ago I gave him a small dose of vitamin a on the back of a silkworm as I seen recommended on other threads, but I'm not sure if that is the issue.

If any other photo angles would help let me know, I tried to get a few of it open and closed. But he does keep it closed most of the day.

I posted photos of both eyes for reference. It is the left one having issues. Also forgot to mention he is shedding currently, not sure if relevant.

He could have something stuck in there that's causing it to be irritated. You could try setting your misting system to mist him for a long time, like 20 minutes to half an hour to see if he can clean it out. If that doesn't work, then you might need to use sterile saline to help him flush it out. A long misting might also help take care of the shedding problems.
