What is a good remote probe thermometer I can use to keep the heat constant in an insulated box?

Radio shack has an indoor outdoor thermostat the outdoor reader is on a thin wire and it stretches away from the display about 10 feet. you could keep it in the box at all times.... They are only 20 bucks..
