Reliable source for small hornworms

Does anyone know of a source where I can reliably get small (I'm talking the 1/2 inch or so range) hornworms? I have found a couple of places that can do that with silkworms. Hornworms? Second order, second vendor and yet again ONE out of the 25 are potentially small enough for the Elliots.

My crested gecko certainly enjoys the extras, but he doesn't need to eat two dozen hornworms!!

I think it may be somewhat region dependent; there's a supplier in my area called "delicious dubias" that sells to the local pet shops so I don't have much trouble getting them; not sure if they ship though. You could buy the eggs and raise them yourself potentially, that might be the best way to ensure they're the appropriate size.

I think part of the issue with hornworms is how fast they grow - you can also keep the in a cooler with an icepack to delay their growth if you can get them the right size.
