And this is Jasmine, refusing to look as green and pretty as she can for the camera :)

David what jasmine looks is totally hacked off at you! Don't you know when a lady does not want to be bothered? Both are doing well, And I like the comparison of Rin Tin Tin now then as a baby. Bet those poor chams are happy to finally have names.

They both look great. Isn't it amazing that RinTinTin transformed from that little green thing to what he is now.

Yeah, well, my Mum was visiting and she wanted pictures of the scaly babies.......Jasmine never wants to come out to play, and it's near impossible to get a decent looking pic of her indoors with all the plants so I made an executive decision.
Stupid ladies not wanting to be bothered ;)
Thanks for all the comments :)

Thanks :) It started with her calling her cats 'furry babies' and has gone too far...........nobody else in the world refers to a bicycle as a 'wheeled baby'

And we got some of the monitor too (this one is still nameless.....)

Now I know that to call my bicycle!! :D
Got any ideas of what to call my motorcycle? :D

Love the monitors too!!!

Name him/her Ashleigh for a girl or Ashley for a boy I don't know why but I just like that name!! :p :p

That's the first sensible name to be suggested.............Ashleigh it is then (and Ashley just in case). I always liked girls names that end in an 'ee' sound myself :)

:D I like having a monitor with the same name as me, kinda cool! Im sure he/she will grow up to be just as awesome as me!! Just kidding im really not that up myself. Lol

Ok - I know self deprecation is the English way, but no matter how much I like little Ashleigh she's never going to be as awesome as you........ how do you feel about being known as 'Big Ashleigh' from now on though? :D

Lucky you indeed, but lucky me even more, she's totally sweet :D Sharp claws though, I'm starting to get a good scratching when she wants to come out and play. She's the only one of them that 'asks' to come out though so she's doing her job well :)
She's a she......I'm really very sure, she's 10 months old now and although I only kept one Sav before I feel she's just a lot more feminine than Weller was (males heads are proportionally bigger than females and he was particularly macho in other ways too ;))
Maybe I'm wrong, it's notoriously difficult to tell but since I decided I've just got more convinced.
I should change my sig I guess, I'll look silly if I'm wrong now anyway...........

Aww she sounds lush! :p how big will she get? I really want a tegu myself but its finding a baby but I do like monitors too. My friend has 3 dwarf baby 1s and 1 escaped he found it a month later chilling on top of the fish tank looking at him. Haha

I'd say that it found him a month later then, lol. I always wanted to try a Tegu, but when I saw the 7 week old little Savs I couldn't stop myself, knowing I was just about to finish the new wardrarium and have a big spare viv.
I expect she'll get about 3 feet long....when I get round to getting a new camera I'll have to get a vid of how gently she takes food off me, it's so different to how violent she is when the food is in a bowl or roaming free.
