Regular House Bulb or Spot Light?

The title kind of explains it all. Which kind of UV bulb do you guys use?

Regular house bulb: One that spreads the heat out and leaves the bottom cooler?

Spot Bulb: One that has heat shooting downward in the middle or corner of your cage, leaving the rest ambient temp?

And do you have an adult sized cage, or a smaller cage?

I'm just curious as to what the majority of us use, and why.

i use a 60w house light. why? cuz its cheap and does whats needed.
u could say i have larger than adult size cages. i have added more plants since the pic
