Regular Compact Flourescent?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if its ok to use a standard light compact fluorescent bulb in my carpet chams cage just to add more lighting on top of his 60 watt and reptisun 5.0??

yes regular cfl(not uvb)are fine for adding light for good plant grow or what not

What kind of CFL is it? You don't have to take it out.... unless you think it is harmful or has caused an issue.

its was just a regular household one. i took it out because it was emitting more heat than i thought it would, so its like he didnt have a chill spot. he didnt really seem to care either way.
