recently i bought alot of silkworms and my chameleons absolutely loved them!
but the only bad thing is that most of them refuse to eat any crickets now... so i was forced to get some more, also would silkworms be a good staple feeder for them? because ive tried many things to get them to try and eat there crickets but they just refuse em now :confused::confused:

how old is he? In general if you let them go without any food for 2-3 days he will take the crickets after that

well one is a female veiled and shes about 5-6 months and the other is a male sambava and hes about a year and a half

I would try not feeding for a couple days as suggested. Silkworms are okay to feed lots of, but nothing is good as a staple IMHO. want to keep them interested in as many types of feeders as possible.

yeah thats what i do. but i kept crickets as the main source, i feed the female everyday and i feed my sambava every other

I hope your chams want to take crickets again because my friend cham, only eat locust. The cham was around 2-3 weeks without eating the fresh crickets my friend was giving him until he saw a locust again...the cham almost die. It is a problem, because locust is expensive and hard to keep alive.
Regards,
Toni.
