Reflection Question

Have been thinking about this for while now and was wondering if Wilf is bothered by the reflection in his enclosure? It has a black gloss finish, you can see what I mean in the video

He is happy and brightly coloured, eating well and basking most of the day. He has never fired up at his reflection and he doesn't seem to be aware of it? Is it the sort of thing he has just got used to maybe

My cham isn't bothered by his reflection when I put him in front of a mirror. If he's doing ok I wouldn't worry.

Same for me.. I tried to get Fender to fire up.. He just looked at the mirror with no interest at all and stayed calm..

Yeah if hes not staring himself down all day, or hiding from the reflective surface he should be fine. Mine doesnt notice himself in the mirror either Where did you get the name Wilf? Wildlife Id Like to...?????

Aside from using an actual mirror or something very similar, i believe the reflection issue is just a myth. He looks to be doing just fine

Wilf is short for Wilfred. I have a fondness for "old fashioned" quirky names my dog's name is Mervin

i think it mostly has to do with his age for the reflection to bother him.
mien was fine with seeing himself in a mirror till he was just over a year old. now when he gets close to a mirror he will attack his reflection

Its an individual thing. Some get upset with their reflection, others don't. That's why some dont get upset at mirrors.

Mine are too smart. They just use the mirror to look at "me."
