Red Tissue during poops

Just saw my chameleon poop today and I noticed that once he finished a piece of red tissue was coming out of his vent. It retracted back into the vent. I have not seen him poop before so I am curious if this is normal for a chameleon. I know that if the tissue prolapses that it can be a medical emergency. Just making sure that it isn't something I should be worrying about at this point. Thanks!

Its just the boys coming out for air.

Its normal for them to come out when they defecate.

You probably saw his hemipenes, they sometimes come out while they poop. If it goes right back in there isnt anything to worry about.
