Hi I am wondering if anyone knows what this red spot is on my female panthers tail. I noticed it a couple weeks ago and was waiting until she shed thinking it would go away with the shed but she shed and its still there. It's not raised up at all and doesn't seem to hurt her if I touch it. I'm also sure it wasn't there a month ago and since I saw it a couple weeks ago it doesn't seemed to have changed in any way. Just want to know if its something to worry about or get checked out. She is completely healthy eats and drinks great so I'm not sure what this could be. Thanks in advance for any replies

this is just a guess but maybe your female is a beast and just has awesome birth mark.

Lol thanks I would really like to say that could be it because she does show some very nice blues greens and pinks in certain scales when she's out in the sun but I'm about 99% sure this red spot was not there a month ago. So unless I either somehow overlooked it for the past year or chameleon birth marks are different than human ones as in they develop later and not at birth then i think its unlikely lol thanks tho maybe I did overlook it or it was lighter pink and only recently became red? Lol
