I wanted a fun side project and bought a beautiful 4.2 adult group of F1 Red Eyes from Mike Novy on February 22nd. He was pretty sure the girls looked ready, so I put them in the rain chamber. Within 2 days, I got eggs.

The tadpoles have already doubled in size :)

yaay!

Now the hard part starts- keeping the little froglets going and finding a market. That last part was the hardest for us and why I've waited a long time before continuing with breeding. The imported adults are too darn cheap wholesale...

Luckily I only have about 35 and this is the first out of the water. How long did you breed them? I would like to try and put the adults in the rain chamber again soon. The female is looking pretty fat. I was hoping for warmer weather first though, and with lats hatching out I'm short on space until the chams go outside next month.
