Red and white grow light

Hey folks! So a while back I had trouble with my plant. Long story short, I recently bought a grow light to help it recover. When I turned it on, I noticed half the bulbs are red and i can't remember: are certain color lights bad for my chameleon's eyes? I've attached pics of the light (sorry it's blurry, you can't see the red unless it's on) and the specs on the back of the box.

Red is no good, but you can use it outside of the enclosure to grow plants. Get a 6500K grow light that fits in a linear (t5HO or T8) hood or get a full spectrum grow light that’s colors only show as white light when turned on
