Is it cool to rearrange a chameleon's enclosure often or do they perfer the same setup for long periods of time?

you shouldnt do it very often it stresses them out....when i do my monthly cleaning i SOMETIMES move things slightly to acomidate a new plant or w/e. but doing it more then once a month at the best i wouldnt sugest.

Chameleons learn the layout of their environment. This way, when they need to make an escape, they know where each branch will lead them and they can get away quicker. I'd leave things the way they are, just less stress on them.

True story: One time I moved all the plants and sticks around not thinking about it after cleaning. I came back in the room an hour later and there was Qioute hissing and puffing at a stick that was now placed where he liked to drink water drops. He wouldn't stop "attacking" the newly placed branch until I moved it back to its original position. I had no idea he'd have such a psychotic nutcased reaction. Needless to say, I learned never to "messup" his beloved sticks ever again. I'm not saying your cham is gonna go crazy if you move his stuff around, but apparently, it can happen.... (little psychos...)
