Are you sure this is a veiled?...looks more like a "graceful". I'd like to see more photos.

There is a suspicious bump on the right front arm just above the elbow, could be the start of MDB or previous break. Does he have these on other limbs? Does he lay on branches frequently or not often.

Also he has some unique coloration. More pics plz. :)

ill post more pics after this post, im not really sure if he is a veiled or not, thats what the local petstore told me, but they werent taking very good care of them, so i wouldnt trust them, heck i dont even shop there anymore because of it.
hes always on branches, ill post a pic of his cage too!

right now he is laying on a vine with his back right leg hanging off the vine, should I be worried?

He's not a veiled. I stick with my first guess. I see a what looks like a tarsal spur in one pic so I'll say male also. From only the pics you posted and your comments, I would be suspicious of his health. I rarely see my cham laying on branches or vines, certainly not when held. The pic of your enclosure is a great start. It looks to have all the necessary things, lighting, heating, shade, etc. Perhaps you could post your caregiving facts, wouldn't want to get you worried about nothing.

Hey there!
Glad you are enjoying your buddy!
Hes definitley not a vieled;)

Graceful sounds likely.

I dont see any health issues from the pics JMO.
It never hurts to fill out the form though.

I would recommend switching your basking bulb for a regular white house bulb. The color more closely resembles the sun, so it is more natural for them.;)

...and dont be such a stranger!:p

I would agree that three a day (crickets) seems low at a young age. Try offering three times daily. You might be surprised that he'll take three each time. Try hornworms to help hydrate when urine starts turning yellow. But they grow fast! Wax worms to give a little fat, mealworms or superworms to spark an appetite. Butterworms for some calcium and variety. Tired of the crickets chirping? Try Dubias. Easy to keep, last longer, and just as good for your cham.

Also you didn't specify if your calcium is w or w/o D3. Nor did you mention a multivitamin dusting. You might want to review the supplement recommendations on this site and others in relation to your specific species.

From your pics (resting on vines, most notable resting head on vines and while held) and your comments, you have one chill cham or he may be lethargic. If you feel your cham is lethargic have him looked at by a qualified vet in your area to better identify why. And grab a fecal for your vet before you go. Only you know your cham...these are JMHO.

definately a male graceful. he looks about full grown almost.he looks like he could use some hydrating. all the bruises and what not should start going away with his sheds. i would try to get a fecal done for parasites, you mention the fogger dripper and mistings but he still looks a bit dehydrated. could be a parasite. also it says you have a nocturnal light if this is for his basking during the day thats fine but i wouldnt use any lights at night. it disrupts their sleep. i also have a graceful, if you have any other questions id be happy to help you out
