Raised discoloured scales on nose. Anything to worry about?

Hi guys, been a long time since I posted last. My old girl chilli has some raised discoloured scales on her nose, she's nearly 4 years old. Anything to worry about?

Hey there. I‘m not a vet. To me it doesn’t look too serious. But I would DEF get her to a qualified doc to confirm.

I would think a vet visit would be a good idea to have any abnormal growth checked.
