anyone use them or have any experience with them? good or bad? i'm looking at one that is 18" deep by 30" wide by 30" high. mostly i like the door set up better than the reptibreeze since it seems to allow climbing rope/branch to be put on the outside to allow him to come and go without the door being wide open

I use one of them for a female panther.
I really like the cage, it just feels like you can put more into it due to the width.

is the screen mesh good enough that i can put my lighting rack and heat lamp resting on the top?

I guess it would depend on how heavy your lighting rack is.
I use a 18" fixture on an angle so that it's supported by the vertical cage pieces and have the heat lamp on top.

mines just going to be the hood from my current medium exoterra cube and the dome fixture for the heat. i was mostly concerned that when i switched from glass with metal screen top to mesh that the heat could melt the mesh. its likely i'm going for the 4 foot tall reptibreeze thing because it looks fairly easy to clean
