Quirky Cham

I've read that chameleons have different personalities, much like every other living creature. I'm getting the feeling that my Rorschach and i are on two different pages on one key topic - i eat too much food, and he doesn't really care for it! Haha
A while ago i was worried, but i have concluded that it is just his personality. He seems healthy - proper poo, good hydration, carefully monitored temps - he just kind of chills (literally lounging sometimes with his back foot dangling from the vine like a hammock), strolls around a bit, but only eats every so often...like a couple bugs ever 1-3 days. I offer a decent variety of crickets, reptiworms, superworms, hornworms, butterworms occasionally, and silkworms which i gave up on when they kept dying. I've even tried not feeding him for a few days... Didn't make much of a difference!
Does anyone else have a cham like this? If so, how do you make sure they get all the proper nutrients - out of all the feeders, Rory really doesn't like his gutloaded crickets, and i guess the other feeders i have require their own food.
I love my laid back little guy! Though not having a "textbook" cham makes it difficult for a first-timer!

How old is your cham, and what kind is it?
This does not sound like normal, healthy behaviour.

Dangling limbs is not usually a good sign.

Jeeze, I'm glad i posted that! He just turned a year old - male graceful chameleon. I had him to the vet about 2 months ago; gave him an antibiotic and upped the vitamin A. Other than that the vet said labs looked normal and everything. He started eating more after that (though not a ton) so i figured that was just how he was.

Tate, Rorschach's brother is pretty much the same. He's a very picky eater and eats when he wants. If you have any recent photos please post a few so we can make sure he looks ok. How often do you see him dangle his leg? Is it the same leg every time?

I haven't noticed if it is the same one, but definitely always a back leg... Not all too often, either. Once every two weeks or so, and usually (not always) if it is too warm, so i turn down the heat spray more to get it to normal.
I knew you said Tate was picky, too, so i just figured it was a brotherly thing! Haha Jann, you have pretty much been my living guide book

My computer isn't working, and i can't get pics to upload from my phone. I'll post a picture as soon as i can!

Sorry I can't help.you with your cham, but I can try and help get your pics up so others can see, if you haven't already you can download photo bucket.

Thanks for the offer tony19, but I finally got it! For a while, my computer wasn't recognizing any WiFi around here... very weird, but all better now!
Here are a few photos of Rory... some from around the time you actually asked for them, one from today.
also, he seems to be eating a bit more. The reptiworms hatched into flies, and he loves them! Until I gave him a butterworm as a treat for the first time in a few weeks.... back to being picky. And whenever I have been home and around him since I started this thread, I haven't noticed a dropped foot - not to say he might not be doing it when I go to work.
Do you guys think he looks ok, though?

He looks really good! Not skinny at all. He looks just like his brother my sweet little Tate. :)
