Question to all you with babies!

Who here uses pothos plants with hatchling chams? I did a big plant run the other day and got some to give it a try and i want to hear what some people think. My first instinct is that the leaves are to large and there isnt as much climbing space, but with a cage outfitted with small vines and stick im not sure if it will be a problem. Ive been using umbrella plants and they work well but sometimes the stems will droop if over watered and they arent even misted but like 3 times a day for 15 seconds or so and i know pothos thrive with lots of water. I have them in all of my females laying buckets and i have to trim them back from time to time. I already have enough going on and im tired of small plants dying. Ive used them on 2 month olds in cages before but never hatchlings. Im putting 8 chams per cage. I know vince from screameleons uses them and he says he like them cause theyre easy to keep. Wanted to hear some others experience and let me know of any drawbacks.

i use pothos and the vines are great for climbing train them to grow where you want them i use zip ties and the more you water the faster they grow you cant over water them thats what is great and the clone easy and fast

Pathos seem a bit big on the vine and leaves for babies.

I experemented with bower vine, but they dried out within 2-3 weeks. I am now using a jasmine and it looks like it is doing ok and has good strong vinces that are smaller.

I've always disliked ficus, but I have one in a baby cube and I think it's probably the best setup(It's also got a jamine in it)

I used the clippings for my first hatchlings when raising them in a tub. THere where 10 in there. I switched methods after about a month to smaller cages. It didnt seem to effect them. It was also easy to clean just take the ones in the tub out to clean them then put them back in the cup of water and put new in. I know use fake plants just because of so many of them and they are even easier.

Well i set up a few cages with the pothos to give them a try. I really like how they look too. So far it looks like the babys are climbing around on them fine. If it doesnt work out ill stick em in an adult cage or something.

Nic, looks good, the only thing to keep in mind is the distance of your UVB lights from the tops of your cages. I would somehow find a way to use the chains that come with them to lower them a bit closer. Nice setup buddy!

Thanks guys. Yeah home depot or lowes sells them theyre not cheap though if i remember correctly. Ive seen some on craigslist before. Those cubes measure 15x16x20. Great setup and looks nice imo but one drawback is that the far right cage i can only open the door like 60% of the way.
