Question on UVB

I've upgraded Igor to a larger enclosure that I built. I use a Repti-sun 5.0 tube. My question is: Is enough UVB getting through the mesh on top? It's standard window screen mesh. Not the metal kind but the plastic kind. Anyone?

I think it will be fine, I use plastic mesh on the top too.

Thanks, I hoped it would be ok. Here's some pix of new enclosure. don't look too close at the construction....it's the first thing I've built from scratch...The back is made from pegboard, hand painted with leaves and branches. I used it because it gets quite cold here in the winter and thought it would help insulate from the wall. I lined it with mesh on the back to prevent food from escaping. Door and two other sides, aluminum screen mesh. Top plastic mesh. Bottom, still working out the kinks with drainage...a work in progress. he seems to like it. Jammin' around checking it out. So...waddaya think??

Yeah, the UVB will make it though, it's fine and cage looks great.
