Question on chameleons eyes

My chameleon every once in a while inflates his eyes (its creepy lol) and then returns them back to normal. Idk if this is normal ( i have read that it is normal and similar to bearded dragons, and thats how they clear there eyes.)

Dont no if im just being overprotective but thanks in advance.

yeah like ataraxia said its normal. they tend to do it more if they get caught with mist. its actually good for them to do this someone said it also helps them clean their eyes out and with them being sight hunters keeping thier eyes clean would be very important.
