Question about young cham feeding

So I'm getting a 3 month old nosey be male and I wasn't sure if I should try to cup feed, hand feed, or let the bugs roam free. I don't have much experience with younger chams.

Try getting some fruit flies (if you don't have a screen cage yet) and let them roam around free.

Get baby crickets and put some in there to let your baby chameleon hunt and get used to its cage.

Once you get larger feeders, then start hand feeding things like super worms and dubias
