Question about worms at the bait shop

At the bait shop today, I saw red worms and dew worms.

The red worms were really long, skinny and red but looked like earthworms.

The Dew worms looked like big fat earthworms.

Are either of these OK for Pablo?

if your chams will eat red wigglers they are not a bad part of a diet (maybe no more than 30% variety is the key) probably want to try a cleaner source
to get them from though...like
