I have a question..
Since winter is about to arrive, I want to be prepared for it..
I live in a fairly warm place..
Winter gets 73.4 F + during day...
and 50 F the coldest in the night and early morning...
( that would be outside.... I would say its much warmer inside the house during the nights...

What should I do with the misting sessions? (I have mistking and runs 3 times at day 20 minute and 10 minutes sessions)
Im worried about water being too cold for my little guy...
Should I just use my heat lamp? or should I use something else to increase the temperature?

I dont want my little cham to get sick...
(btw.. I have a 4 month old veiled)

Im assuming your chams are inside, if so you can up the wattage of the bulbs for the cold months.

I keep my misting the same, the water is room temp and they seem to be fine with it. Its all they know....other than the shower

If you are concerned, you could fill a couple of extra 1 gallon containers and have them sitting at room temp until you are ready to use them for misting. I have a 6 gallon carboy and so it's at the ambient temperature of the room. I've done this for 4 years without a problem, and I also live in a similar climate. Good luck!

I have misted with warm water and heard of people putting fish tank heaters in their misters to keep them at a constint 80. just dont mist your guy with cold cold water or hot water
