question about supplements

has eny1 used the (Sticky Tongue Minerall INDOOR formula) or (Sticky Tongue Vit All)?

and what supplements do you use for you chameleons?

and how often?

I pretty much use only sticky tongue vitamin dust indoor formula. I however do not keep my chameleons indoors. I can only assume that this stuff works good, but some of the claims on the internet about getting bigger clutch batches, etc I have not seen. I think that any name brand vitamin dust would work just fine though.
