Thats great that you got something down him. Its important to keep him as strong as possible and as everyone has pointed out he will need a vet visit. Please keep posting on how he is doing.

my chameleon looked extremely similar to yours, and after two vet visits it was determined to in fact be MBD. i was given liquid calcium, a liquid pain killer, and liquid antibiotics to keep other infections away while he is weakened. All are to be given via injection with needles, pretty hardcore. he drank water today for the first time in a while, still hasnt eaten.

you should definitely get to a vet though. total cost for mine was about 230 after two visits and all the meds he is back on track though hopefully...
