So I'm looking into building a bigger cage, and was wondering what people thought about a certain product of materials, it's been mentioned once in the forums before but not alot of people responded and the OP didn't provide much information,
What I'm referring to is called 8020, with a link here 8020
Thinking of making the frame out of the 8020, 24X24X48, which would run me around $88.32, using clear acrylic as walls, running me around $40 and making the front have a hinge, handle, and door catch, which run a few more dollars, as well as a mesh screen either from 8020 or from a dept. store, staying somewhere in the $150-200 range.
Any opinions on it?
Also I am aware of potential problems with reflection, as well as using mesh over solid windows/doors, I'm in california, it's dry, screen won't hold humidity very well.
