Question about flies and dusting feeders

I'm purchasing a 2 month old veiled from either lllreptile or flchams in a few weeks and I have a feeder question.

I'm planning on having a large supply of silks, Phoenixs (at least at first), roaches and houseflies/blue bottle for the staple diet and butterworms, hornworms, crickets, and superworms for variety.

Would flies be too big for a two month old? Or is there a particular type of fly that is good for younger chams?

Also, which feeders from my list should I dust?

Blue bottle flys might be a little big. I would try the house flys first. Dust roaches, crickets and supers and you should be good. I don't use butters so can't tell you to dust them or not.

Would superworms be too big for him at first, or are the small sizes okay?

Also, THANK YOU! :D

You don't really have to dust the butterworms. They have plenty of calcium as it is.

I think the smalls should be fine.
