Question about first cham egg ive ever hatched

I just hatched my first panther cham (actually my first cham of any kind). I was surprised a bit to see one of the eggs begin to sweat because i had been incubating the eggs at 74 degrees and it was still 2 weeks shy of 9 months so i figured they'd make it closer to 10 months to hatch at that temp. Anyway, it took a couple of days to get out of the egg and now its just laying there with its eyes closed and it has kind of a fat neck. Ive read tons about hatching so the days waiting for it to get out of the egg were no surprise but i thought they were more active right when they came out. Also the fat neck seems different from all the pictures ive seen of fresh hatchlings. In the picture its just curled up on its side but thats just bc we held it a few hours after it emerged. Now its back up on its belly. Anyway, does it look/sound normal to you guys?
