question about ficus tree

So I have a small focus tree that pretty much isn't growing. So thinking about putting it outside (should be ok outside tight)? My only issue is that the websites say they do fine in low temperatures. It runs 95+ here should met focus be ok?

I live in FLA where it is equally as hot and they do fine outside. All the nurseries sell them and they sit them straight out in the sun.

i live in new mexico and my benjamin and my ficus tree both do well outside for awhile ( i switch them out alot so they dont die in the cage )
just keep them in a kinda shady area of your worried about the heat

honestly they take the sun well. People grow them into gigantic hedges down here in the full sun.

i have not been to Texas but i know Florida is way more humid then New Mexico and anything non desert-indigenous that sits in the sun unwatered for too long drys up fast
i imagine it would be good in full sun

ok awesome thank you it will be sitting in Ringos outdoor cage so ill check the shade during the day tomorrow... I know that he's wanting some outdoor time so ill check the area tomorrow to see how it is

I've got a ficus on my lanai - it is growing quite well (which with my black thumbs is nothing short of amazing!), I just make sure to water it every couple of days due to the heat.
