Hey everyone!
My little cham "dante" has been doing great so far...
He has been here 3 days for now, and he is very active, and seems to be eating great!
I just have one question.... how many crickets should he be eating...
And what time should I be giving them?
Thanks a lot everyone =)

he should eat 12 a day

cause when there babys they need to eat alot than when there older they dont really eat alot so when there older they tend to eat 5-6

Here's a great all-round caresheet for Veileds. On page 2 there are feeding schedules for different age brackets.
Mornings are best to feed, just gives him plenty of time to properly digest before bed :)

Also on top of what they said I would space it out during the day. I was feeding my Veiled about 3 times a day a portion of crickets. If they are smaller crickets you can feed him around 15-20 a day. And make sure you are supplementing! :D

Good point, at his age you can comfortably give him 2 or 3 feeding times a day, try not to give any for 3 hours before bedtime though.

I agree with the advice above especialky not feeding 3 hrs before bedtime. and that means he eats 3 hrs. Before so id feed 4 hrs before.. and for a male veiled under 6 months of age feed him all he can eat! Can't put a number on it really just all he'll stuff his face with they grow at an unbelivable rate for a reptile at these early stages.. wat is ur supplementing schedual?

Great point again, because if you had a female you would not be able to give her that much due to having issues with a possible early infertile clutch from over feeding. But let him stuff his face and I would in a month or so switch it up and give him some different feeder options like super worms(smaller super worms) or possibly if you can afford to purchase silkworms online. Their are several feeder options that you can give them.
