Pygmy Cham eggs

I need some advice on taking care of 2 eggs from my pygmy chameleon. I noticed that she was looking very round and saw that she was spending a lot of time on the ground searching around. So I read that this most likely meant she was trying to lay eggs and I did my very best not to disturb her for a few days so she could do whatever she needed to.

Yesterday she laid 2 eggs on a leaf for me, and then unfortunately she passed away close to them. I'm really sad because I have no idea what happened, but now that I have the eggs I would love to give them the best chance at hatching that I can. I don't want the little girl's efforts to go to waste :(

All that being said, what is the best way to care for the eggs? Both of them came out, but one has a small dent in it, and the other one is perfectly smooth. I'd really appreciate any advice you can give me!

Be very gentle with them and try not to turn them. Lay them on vermiticulite at around 70-75F and hopefully you'll have some baby pygs. Sorry to hear about your girl though:(

Thank you for the advice! I have them laying in a little dish like that now. Is there any way to know if they're fertilized eggs? Does anyone know how long they would take to hatch? I was not expected eggs from my little guys at all! They all have their own spots they hang out in their enclosure, so I didn't expect any funny business to be going on!

Thanks again for the information!
