Puffy neck 3 months

Hey just wondering if all young chameleons have puffy necks ? Or what it could be just got him 3 days ago eating drinking just like puffy

Is it underneath? Like under the mouth? It's quite normal, they puff up to seem bigger. Probable still settling in. If you could post a pic, it can help clarify if it's an issue or not.

No not under his mouth like when he is scared this is my second chameleon but I'v never had a baby and the pictures aren't loading it's on the sides of his neck like he is puggy lol

I am no expert, but my male has Gullar Edema. Which looks something similar to this. But I am not saying that he has it. I am still researching the best I can to figure out how my 18mo male has got it.
