Proper Outdoor temp?

When letting our chameleons outside for some big sun basking, what should the outdoor temp be? Also, the wind? Here in Tucson its Hot, Windy, or both.

You are going to get mixed responses. But if your asking for optimal out door temps then that depends on your chameleon species. Close to what your cage is.
If you are asking what is safe for most during the day then up to around 90 to bask with a lot of shade to cool down. Also wind should not be an issue unless its strong enough to blow your cham off a branch.

This depends on what species a vieled can handle drier windier conditions then say a mellers. Just make sure you offer plenty of shade and if its too windy they will probably go to the bottum of the cage. Keep them hydrated
