Cage Concept . NEED INPUT!
Well, the Project Bug has bitten me again.
I'm selling my 55 gallon planted fish breeding tank and using the space to build a chameleon palace!
Here is my idea, Please tell me what you think.
The actual Enclosure is going to be:
6 Feet Tall
4 Feet Long
2 Feet Wide
2 feet X 5 feet hinged screen door Centered on front for easy access
4 Support beams underneath the floor of the enclosure to support a minimum of 200lbs.
Located by a window as to provide good air flow in the summer months, ( don't worry it wont be drafty in the cooler months)
Fine screen meshing for the sides and top ( aluminum mesh as to resist melting)
The Stand itself is going to be raised off the ground 1 foot.
Dual 48" Uva/Uvb lighting system up top.
Heat lighting ( Have not decided what type to get)
Fog/misting system ( need advice on what to use)
Hanging plants ( Apothos i believe its called)
Large Variety of Plants ( Any suggestions)
Substrate in the enclosure is going to be peatmoss ( Completely Organic, No Fertilizer ) Unless there are better ideas)
Any ideas and suggestions?
